PriceBalance ("we", "us") is an early-stage service that helps people in the UAE compare prices across delivery and shopping apps. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up for early access, why, and the choices you have. We aim to handle your data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Your contact: the email address or UAE mobile number you enter.
• Which page you signed up on (food, groceries or electronics) and, if present, the advertising campaign that brought you (UTM tags).
• Basic technical data: your browser type, used to spot spam sign-ups.
• Anything you choose to send us later, such as order screenshots or a shopping list, so we can prepare your comparison.

We never ask for passwords to your delivery or shopping accounts, and we do not collect payment card details.

Why we use it

• To contact you about early access and send you the comparison you asked for.
• To understand which of our services people want most.

We rely on your consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time.

Cookies and advertising tools

If enabled, our pages use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure how many visitors arrive from our ads and how many sign up. These tools may set cookies and process data such as your IP address and device information under Meta's and Google's own policies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider ([Railway]) and, if enabled, Meta and Google for ad measurement. Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE; where that happens we rely on their contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as our early-access programme runs and delete them within [90] days after it ends, or sooner if you ask. Screenshots or lists you send us are deleted within [30] days after we send your comparison.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Just email [privacy@pricebalance.ae] and we will reply within [30] days.

Independence

PriceBalance is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any app, store or brand mentioned on our pages. Names are used only to identify where prices were compared.

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or message.
